Community Development Plan - Tadcaster CEF
As well as dealing with the day-to-day issues arising in each area, Community Engagement Forums also help to develop long-term ambitions. These are contained with a Community Development Plan, which identifies the key issues for each area and the overall ambitions for meeting people’s needs.
Community Development Plans bring together information from the organisations involved about issues such as health, crime and the local environment as well as the views of local people. The Engagement Forums give you a chance to be part of the development of the long-term aims for your area.

Community Development Plan - Research Report

The report summarises the results of a survey of local adults in the wards covered by the Tadcaster and Villages Community Engagement Forum in the winter of 2010-11.

Community Development Plans are reviewed annually to ensure they still represent a true picture of what is needed in each area.
Organisations applying for funding from Community Engagement Forums need to demonstrate how their project or service supports these long-term aims. Click here for more information about funding.
